Stopped at this Pizza Hut on the way back from the Gala celebration. Called in to place an order and was done by the time we arrived. Ordered a large Hot Dog Bites Pizza with pepperoni. Overall taste was good and price was fair.

Was told to pick up my order in 20 minutes. Entered the store 5 minutes early and my food was ready! Thank you for really cold large pie pizza. Thank you for 3 of the slices missing a lot of toppings. Thank you for lack of cheese. Thank you for burnt black chicken wings. Thank you for not adding hot sauce as I ordered. I'm mostly thankful for the cashier not bagging my food and watched me bag it. Please do not mess around and have conversations (3 employees including the manager) when there's a long line of customers especially in front of the register area. Looks very unprofessional and as if your store is a slacker. I would not hire any of the employees there if they were to apply at my company. Harsh but must be said after my annoying experience today.

I would never have ordered delivery if this wasn't going to be hot or to my doorstep. 40 minutes on a Sunday ok. Not for cold food. I was told the driver is not obligated to deliver the food inside a building. WHO THE HELL IN NYC doesn't deliver to a doorstep? I called the manager to make my dissatisfaction heard to be met with a denial that he clearly stated Drivers Are Not expected to deliver to your door only the building. This pizza hut is like 5 blocks away. I would have walked or just cooked if I would have known any of the above. I wanted HOT food. I didn't get it and to make it worst my guests are waiting for me to run the over to warm pizza on a hot day that should have arrived hot at my doorstep! Never again. I'll give my money to the small business or the bigot at Papa Johns before bad service.

Delivery is good and fast..I ordered few times and have been never disapointed..customer service is always nice over the phone.

Me and my bf always order a veggie stuffed crust pizza..they tell us it will only take 15 mins ..they sure were lying..how can you prepare and cook a pizza in 15 mins? I don't think so..so we head out and come back 16 mins later..we get told its not done yet..okay come back 15 mins later..not even in the oven yet??!!! Come back 20 mins later...still not ready yet..ughhh..we end up waiting longer than we wanted to and always have some sort to be disappointed at..as this is the only Pizza Hut where we live..me and my bf just kinda ride with it and hope for the best each time we order..lol

They're so filthy and dirty it's gross. Even if you order ahead, it still take an hour because the staff is so incompetent. You go there and they take your order, all while laughing or joking or cursing behind the counter (not all of them but most). Then they catch attitudes with you, the customer, for asking how much longer after you've waited 20 minutes and saw 10 people leave who came in after you. Oh wait, it's because they forgot! It's really just a place that needs to be condemned. Should've kept blockbuster and got rid of this place. OH! and one time I went in there for cheese sticks and they said they were out, so I asked for a personal pan and they said they were out of CHEESE! The same thing happened at the Pizza Hut on myrtle avenue one time too! No cheese?! Are you kidding me?! Just close!

Ordered one afternoon, called back 40+ mins later still waiting for my pizza, and they said they couldn't deliver it because I lived too far?! Couldn't have said that when I placed my order? Plus, they have delivered to my address before. What a joke.

Not a fan of split Pizza Hut/KFCs and I had to wait 40 mins from the time I ordered a carry-out order, after they said 20 mins on the phone. I ordered 3 toppings and since they didn't have one of them in stock; they just left it out without calling. They weren't even busy so I diagnose them with a bad case of incompetence. The pizza was bleh.. there are other Pizza Huts in the area.. try those first!
